Her father Liaqat Gul Agha was a businessman, and her mother Nasreen (Zarina Ghaznavi) was the daughter of famous Indian musician and actor Rafiq Ghaznavi and Indian actress Anwari Begum. She has a sister and her name is Sabina Agha. She got married to legendary Pakistani actor Javed Sheikh in early 80s, but they soon got divorced. After that, she married Pakistani squash player Rahmat Khan in 1989. They got divorced in 2010. In 2011 she married Dubai businessman Manzar Shah who resides in Dubai.She has a son Liaqat Ali Khan and a daughter Sasha Agha.
